TAVISTOCK IN BLOOM
Last week the Town Council, @Tavistock Community Gardeners and @Tavistock BID welcomed the judges from @SW in Bloom for the Sargent Cup and BID entries
The visits went splendidly and the feedback received was extremely positive however we will have to wait until the Autumn to find out how we have fared.
This week the Green Burial Meadow and the Town Twinning at Celle Garden will join the other community groups including Westmoor Veterinary Hospital and Abbeyfield Tavistock Society in the “In Your Neighbourhood” category.
We would like to thank @Tavistock Community Gardeners, the Friends of the Green Burial and the Town Council’s Works Department for leading on the Sargent Cup entry
and all the other volunteer groups who work so hard to maintain our open spaces as well as develop new ideas for the enjoyment of our community.
