Supply & Install Passenger Lift, Tavistock Town Hall

Tavistock Town Council is seeking quotes for the supply and installation of a new passenger lift in Tavistock Town Hall, Bedford Square, Tavistock, Devon, PL19 0AE.
The quote should include the cost of removal and disposal the exisiting lift and all associated redundant plant and equipment.
You should provide evidence of insurance together with a copy of your Health & Safety policy, risk assessment and method statement.
The installation should comply with all relevant regulation (EN81-20/50 EN81.70). The lift type is hydraulic with motor room. The load is 630kg or 8 persons.
The quote should include commissioning of the passenger lift on completion of the installation. Training should be provided to Town Council staff on use of the lift and emergency procedure. Please also include in your quote a full parts and labour warranty for 12-months from date of commissioning and 4 service visits during the first 12-month period (to be reviewed thereafter). The supplier/contractor is liable for all necessary modifications to the lift shaft and/or building.
The deadline for receipt of quotes (email is not acceptable) is 4pm 24 January 2020.
